Beautiful autumn day, love this weather, its been a perfect drying day. Two line full dried.
Work has been busy, out and about this morning, home office this afternoon catching up on emails, need to get petrol tomorrow as I am running low.
Today has been a spend day, needed to get some milk on the way home and I have sent £3.91 over to Barclaycard. Parcels been dropped off at the parcels shop. No listing this evening as I am going to dye my hair as my greys are started showing through, already have a box dye in the house.

Up early again this morning, house was cold when I first got up, did think about putting the heating on, instead put a hoddie on over my PJs and a pair of socks. Dressed ready for work and warmed up nicely.
Sorted out the fridge, know what I have to use up in the next few days, so will fit these bits into the next few days meals.
Out and about for work today, need to get petrol, I put my expenses into a Monzo account every month, petrol money will come from here and I need to take lunch with me.

Spend day as I bought petrol this morning, tank is full so should last the next week or so.
Managed to get some items photographed today, so I will be listing this evening, mixture of business and personal items.

Up again early this morning, still not sleeping well. I got on the bathroom scales this morning and was very shocked at my weight, I knew I have put on some but on as much as I have.
Due to my anxiety if I have not go to leave the house I don't. Working from home as enabled me not to go out only when I have too. So this morning I have been for a walk and done 3000 steps, only out for about 15 minutes, felt better for going. Aiming for 6000 today, I have to go out on visits today so we will see how many I can achieve.
So operation payback £ and lose Ibs starts today.

Keep going, you are doing really well.
Having never suffered with any form of anxiety until "Covid lockdown" I can empathise to some extent how you feel. (still feel mildly agoraphobic myself).
If you can get to about 10k steps a day that really starts to make a difference to how you feel mentally and physically. I find early morning, or early afternoon the best time to stretch my legs (not much traffic about, kids in school, lull moments of the day).
Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....2 -

I think very many people are suffering from anxiety after lockdown, I am trying to not let it beat me. I went out about 6.15am this morning and I had MR D on the mobile as I walked to keep me company, tomorrow I will go by myself.
