pawpurrs - I agree, if they credited the points straight away we would all know where we stand - but maybe that is why they dont!!!!

Anyway - I think that the 1000 bonus points is for new Wine warehouse customers only.

If you don't get them in November - assuming that you remember to check - I would phone the clubcard number again and complain.

I just telephoned Clubcard to enquire about the 1000 points and the 500 points. They confirmed they were not on my account and are crediting my account now.
