Linking the two is not issue. But I somehow not able to spend point. I clicked get started, it take me to 'link your account' on nectar sign in page, put in my nectar card number and password, it keep saying

The details supplied are not recognised. Please try again

I'm 100% sure the number and password are correct, as I used it to check my points.

What am I doing wrong. Plz help
