Oh my word, you have my deepest sympathy on this. We are finally coming to the end to the shambles that has been the process in dealing with my mum's estate, only 3 years though in comparison to you, but we cannot wait for it to be finalised and we can formally complain. I suspect that they don't bother rushing with anything as they are in Ireland and we are in the UK, so unlikely to be pitching up on their doorstep on a daily basis for updates. They have cost me £1,000's in penalties because of delay in communicating with us.A smile costs little but creates much
