Replacement Laptop

The usual question guys. My dad's laptop no longer wants to start up so we're looking for a quick replacement for not much money (£350ish). Looking for 15.6" screen and minimum Intel i3 or Rysen 3 or 5. Not fussed about whether it's refurbished. I've been over to the Dell outlet but can't see anything for the price at the moment.
