Mental Health OT assessment

Options
Hello,
Has anyone had a mental health OT assessment. I am due one soon and I have been having multiple dreams a night about it. I think its because I dont know what is going to happen.

As anyone had an assessment, what do they ask or make you do?

The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer - I was in my late 20s when I figured out what this meant.

I neither take or enter agreements which deal with interest. I dont want to profit from someone's misery.

Try not to lose any sleep over it, it's nothing at all to worry about. They will want to know exactly how your conditions affect you, how you manage with your daily life and what help you think you need.
They don't "make" you do anything. Even for someone with a physical disability they don't make anyone do something. They are there to listen, although whether you get any help is a totally different story.

Not had any contact with them for benefits, but I’ve seen them take place in hospital.
The one’s I’ve seen are just more qualified to understand how mental health and medication can affect the ability to carry out daily living tasks. So someone might be physically able to make a cuppa but if they’re very depressed they don’t have the motivation to get started. Or if someone is thought disordered then they might struggle to do things in the right order, or miss steps out. Or it might be around activities that may improve your quality of life.
Think of it as someone who has a better understanding of how your health affects you and can offer support which might help with that.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
