Bad credit despite settled IVA

Hi. I successfully completed an IVA in 2017 which was agreed by all debtors. Yet one of the debts, a personal loan, is still showing as unpaid on my credit report and my credit report remains poor. Apart from mortgage and mobile phone and one store card I have no other current debt. I have no overdraft or credit cards. This has been like this for 4 years now, where I have remained relatively debt free. I have appealed this to Equifax with no joy. What can I do?

If the loan is the only incorrect account, dispute it with the lender and the various CRAs where it appears. Make sure you check all files.
Separately, if you want to build a better history, you'll need to consider how you can best do with this, depending on your relationship with credit. Credit cards are the easiest way of building good history, but not without their temptations.2 -
Standard practice after any insolvency is to perform a credit file clean up.

Querying these matters with the CRA`s is pointless, as they just display the information sent to them.
