SAR reveals further unpaid fines

Hi all, hope you're well
I recently received 2 x LBCs from P4 parking, so following the advice I have seen on here I made a subject access request for all data (as both fines were with P4). P4 have responded informing that there are actually 4 outstanding fines against my VRN. The two I was unaware of, I obviously have not received any correspondence about since the POPLA appeal stage. I have found emails from last year from me that clearly show that I intended to pay after the POPLA appeal was rejected, so I would think that I did handle them at the time that I intended to. Regardless, I haven't received any follow up since then, so wasn't aware that these debts were still outstanding. Considering no further correspondence was sent, can a CCJ be issued to me, or would they need to follow a particular procedure i.e sending "warning" letters before I am issued a CCJ for those particular PCN's (not the two that I initially made an SAR for and was aware of). As they haven't asked me to settle the debt since last year I'm just not sure if that's what I should be doing, or should I wait to be asked? Should I mention the lack of correspondence regarding these two other tickets?
Any advice is welcomed - thanks a lot!

You cannot get a CCJ unless and until you have been to court and lost the case and failed to pay what the judge ordered. BTW POPLA appeal decisions are not binding on the motorist. As suggested by @JJ_Egan above, come along to the Parking forum which is a sub-set of the Motoring Forum: -
