Can I remove this CCJ??

Hi everyone.
After a 14 year marriage with a man who was financially abusive and controlling, I'm trying to repair my credit file.
We split up in December 2017 and are now divorced.
When we split up I had moved out to my mother's house with my children but I was still registered to the home I shared with my ex husband.
While I was at my mother's house he had not paid a Vodafone phone bill he had agreed to pay for £160.
By the time he had moved out and the children and I had moved back in I had been issued a ccj and paid within 2 months of it being issued (when I had found out about the CCJ).
My question is, is it worth trying to get it set aside 3 years later? The CCJ was from may 2018 and was satisfied July 2018.
I've managed to go from a rating of 360 (very poor) to 708 since 2020. Most of my defaults have fallen off but I now have this satisfied CCJ on my file until 2024.

If the contract is your name then it's your responsibility unfortunately. Otherwise we could all blame somebody else as a defence against late/non payment. Vodafone will have issued reminders etc before resorting to court action.0

Thanks for your reply.
I'm not trying to blame anyone else, we have all made mistakes in life.
I did not reside at my address from december 2017 until june 2018.
My question is, is that a reasonable circumstance to get a satisfied CCJ set aside.0 -
Not really, as you need a defence to the claim, and also a reason you did not receive the court papers.
If you admit you owe the money, then you have no defence.
Not being resident at that address may be sufficient for the lack of response, but you would still need a defence to the claim, and also courts like you to apply for a set aside promptly, within months or weeks, not years.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
