Can anyone make sense of this please? I have read the documents but they seem to contradict to me with the examples given.
I am really keen to know the cover re. Covid / Pandemic moving forwards and finding it difficult to understand 100%.
April 2022. Jet2 Flight. Canary Islands.
Am I correct;
If FCDO advise against all but essential travel - NOT COVERED?
If FCDO advise early return home - NOT COVERED?
If track n trace etc tell a member of holiday family group to self isolate - COVERED?
If Airline will not let a member of the family group fly due to Covid Symptons - COVERED?
Is there some cover / refund from Jet2 if a flight is grounded? What if it still flies for "essential travel" and your travel is "non essential" .. I guess they do not have to refund?
I am trying to gauge if the travel insurance provided by the reward Account is still sufficient and compares to buying separate. - Thankyou.

I don't have the answers but I would be asking the insurers themselves these questions, as it is they who will decide whether to payout in the event of a claim.0
