No online usage data on EDF website since switch to EDF GoElectric tariff. Anyone else in same boat?

Since switching from a fixed EDF Economy 7 tariff to EDF GoElectric96 in July, I can no longer see the smart meter data on the EDF website.
Prior to the switch, the data was being displayed.
The IHD has also stopped working.

The correct tariff rates and time of use were uploaded to the smart meter on the day I switched and are still correct, so I am not too worried about the local usage recording.
The data is also being transmitted half hourly to the central data storage server as I can view this through n3rgy.

I contacted EDF a few weeks ago and they advised it was a known problem with a resolution date of 28th September. But it still hasn't been fixed.

I plan to continue submitting my meter readings monthly on the EDF website, but just interested to know if others have a similar issue.

I tried contacting EDF, but unsurprisingly their chat line and phone line is in meltdown due to the recent turmoil in the industry.
