An app that tells you which petrol locations are available?

Is there an app that tells you which petrol locations are available?

I tried Waze but that seems to just list everything as available as far as I can tell.. though i'm no expert.

Lol. I've only ever noticed one petrol station that had run out. They are working as normal today. If they run out again, there are about 6 more petrol stations within a couple of miles.

I think an app will just cause more panic and jams, as the app developer would need to find a way of publicising his app.

Absolutely. A bit of spam on a few boards about how things are getting worse and about how it is more important for "important people" to get fuel than you and how this app really really helped might even convince me to fill up early.

Petrol is very scarce in my part of the South East. Things got a bit better middle of the week but it's back to everywhere dry by lunchtime and queues of Brexoplebs honking at eachother round the block in the mornings.

It sounds like a choice between joining the fun during the day or filling up at night, whichever appeals.

There are plenty that will tell you where a petrol station is and if you are inside its normal hours of operations but no one has built a tool where stations are automatically updating their current stock position let alone anything more sophisticated like estimating if the current stock can service those already in the queue.

It'd be possible to do, would require a fair amount of negotiations and wouldnt be ready any time close to before the current issues are resolved.
