I've been with Igloo for a couple of years, I see they've now gone bust. I've taken photos of meters and screengrabs of my account, credit etc. I am however moving house next week, with a view to completing on Friday 8th (fingers crossed). The Igloo website says I should just inform them on that completion day of the move and take photos of meters on the day I vacate.

Other than just sitting tight and then ringing them when I complete, is there anything else specific I should do?

I think you basically need to tell whoever takes over from Igloo you’ve moved out, on what date and what the readings were. They’ll then refund you or charge you as needed.
