No Switch Letter

I was transferred to AVRO from EDF on September 24th - still no confirmation letter from Octopus Energy. EDF waiting for final meter readings before they can issue my final bill but I was unable to enter my readings onto the AVRO website! Have emailed Octopus today - hopefully will be getting confirmation shortly!

You also appear to have failed to supply a final meter reading to Avro, so EDF will have to estimate it, but they will probably give it as long as possible waiting to see if one does materialise.
You switched barely a week a go.
Unfortunately, you elected to switch to a supplier that has since ceased to trade, in fact your switch completed on the day after they announced they were ceasing to trade.
I wouldn't be surprised if it takes months to sort all that out.

Why could you not give EDF your final or even current readings.Its normal to give closing readings to the last supplier .EDF not AVRO are billing you .0

Don't worry, people in mid-switch to Avro at the time of their collapse have not been contacted yet, I was one of them. Just email your readings to avro@octopus.energy and let them take it from there.0
