Octopus tariffs

Two months on and still waiting for the final Avro bill. I have had regular contact with Octopus and they say they can't do anything till Avro issues their final bills. No wonder they went bust. I was in credit at the point of them going bust and their website shows that I currently owe over £615. Yet they have continued to take my monthly payments. It doesn't make sense, many thousands must be very worried about what is coming apart from me. Octopus have told me that the plan we are transferred to is Elec: 26.45p SC per day, plus 20.01p per kwh. Gas: 26.11p SC per day, plus 3.91p per kwh. Nightmare.

It usually takes a couple of months for final statements to be compiled when suppliers fail. Could be even longer, at the moment, owing to the huge numbers involved.

It's only just over a month, give them time, they have over half a million accounts to go through and administrators are notoriously slow at doing anything.
