Morrisons email complaint

A few days ago myself and an old lady at 80,(I did not know her before this) who had just lost her husband 4 weeks ago were abused by a Morrisons shop worker rant. Shouting and swearing.just one of the things....we had said absolutely nothing to this worker before or after .
The lady and I called for a manager(assistant manager available )and made a complaint. No personal details at all were taken from us , so not even a letter of apology could be sent..nothing
From what I was told by a subsequent manager this complaint gets dealt with in house.
Cut a long story short the Manager has just called me.
To say she was extremely defensive and aggressive would be an understatement.
I ended up ending the call due to this. She also informed me thatno matter where I send it will bounce back to her ..that's the procedure
So I'm looking for how I go about escalating it further than store.
Anyone any higher up emails.plz

If you hope to achieve something go through social media and maybe get a reply. There is obviously a other side to it too. Supermarkets often employ people who would not be employed elsewhere and they can act odd. Overall it is a good thing. However denial and a lack of information is bad but you are not going to change that if that's what they want to do.In the end don't worry about other people except that they may need help, nothing good comes from it.Don't accept that? Shop elsewhere. You are just a number after all.1

This is all a bit vague, was the worker shouting and swearing at you? what exactly were they saying? How were you "abused"?
