I need to pay my tax bill, around 13k, thinking of using billhop. i would get 19,500 Avios points but the fees would cost me £383.50. is it worth it?

What is each point worth? What can 19,500 points buy you? Once you know that, it's an easy call as to whether it's worth it or not.
