SoLR- when does the new tariff take effect
Comments
-
In past experience it is the day the SoLR is appointed.1

Correct - there is no free energy to be had. Even if the deemed tariff matches the new Ofgem cap, the supplier can charge at that rate from its appointment as the tariff will have been proved by Ofgem as part of the SoLR appointment process. It is fixed for 6 months. The SoLR reverts back to being a normal supplier after 6 months.bagand96 said:In past experience it is the day the SoLR is appointed.1 -
Excellent thanks. I will take a photo of the meter when the new supplier has been announced.0
