THE CRUISE

This all-inclusive 7-day Cosmopolitan Classics cruise onboard Marella Discovery 2 sets sale on 4th June 2022, taking in the beautiful sites of Spain, Italy, and France.

You’ll visit the beautiful city of Palermo in Sicily, then head to Naples where you can explore the time-frozen cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum or take in the stunning views from Sorrento. Enjoy a day in Siena or Pisa after sailing to Piombino, before heading to France to explore Villefranche. Or take a short train ride to Monaco where you can enjoy a coffee at the famous Cafe De Paris, or walk the Grand Prix circuit.  You’ll visit Palamos in Spain and can either head to the beach or take a stroll down the Ramblas in Barcelona before sailing back to Palma, Majorca for your flight home.  See details below on how to book your place.

TUI Online Competition on Gold and Smooth October 2021 – Specific Rules.

1.              The TUI promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 1st October 2021 until Sunday 31st  October 2021 on Gold and Smooth Network.

2.              IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here for Smooth and here for Gold. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

3.         To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at smoothradio.com or goldradiouk.com/ register your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided.

4.         Online entry will open at 00:01 on Friday 1st October 2021 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 31st October 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.

5.         Within seven days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email.  If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 3 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.

6.         Global and TUI may publish and publicise your name, location and entry and we may refer to you in association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.

Eligibility:

8.         The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 years old and over and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.

9.         Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion

Prize:

10.       One winning entrant will win the cruise for two people on board the 8 day ‘Cosmopolitan Classics cruise sailing from Palma, Majorca on Saturday  4th June 2022 and arriving back in Palma, Majorca on Saturday 11th June 2022.

11.        The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance

12.        The prize includes all food and drinks on board the cruise and return flights from London Gatwick.

13.        Flights from other airports are available but a supplement may apply  

14.       No cash alternative is available

15.       Entrants must have a valid UK or EU passport which is in date by 6 months after the date of departure from the UK.

16.       Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

17.       The prize is non-transferable.

18.       We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

19.        If you are selected as the winner and you have already booked to go onto the cruise, your deposit will be refunded

22.       We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
