Paypal invoicing

I was not sure where to post this question, but here goes....
I am selling donated items for a charity and send a Paypal invoice for payment. So far, so good; but I used the very conspicuous Save Draft button for a couple, thinking it would save time later, but now I have no idea where they were saved. I've done the usual Google search but can only find others with the same problem; I have yet to find the answer. Please HELP!!

I've got it now and I've made a note of it until I commit it to memory!! Hopefully it will save some time to write them in advance.

I haven't used it for a while so can't provide specific help but if you Google PayPal invoice template you will get lots of info.0 -
That's great pramsay13, cheers. I am selling donations on a Facebook group for a charity and just wanted to get ahead with the details on the invoice whilst I wait for purchasers to PM me their email address. Having used the Draft function I was going around in circles looking for them. No search for 'draft', the invoice number or the purchaser's name on the platform brought up anything.
Now I'm sorted, cheers.

Are you being charged a fee by Paypal with every sale? You could potentially avoid fees if rather than invoicing the buyer, you send them a link to the item listed on ebay,. Ebay has a decent feature where you can donate 100% of the sale to charity and as far as I'm aware there are no fees. I suppose this will only work though if your charity is on ebay's database. If its a small local charity then possibly not.0
