Natwest - Child Trust Fund - 2 Step Verification

Good evening,

I am the Registered Account holder for my daughter's CTF with Natwest.
My daughter has a condition, so I am here to deal with her finances, she is still under 16 though.

The issue with Natwest is the 2 step verification is that on Natwest's side they say I am logged in. I have done everything correctly to be registered and all seems in order. However, I cannot get through 2 Step Verification,  as all it says is - Sorry there is a problem, please try again. 

This is how far I can go. I am unable to go into the account. 

Natwest are adamant that as this is 3rd party application it is out of their hands.

Google I cannot get hold of.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Authenticator.

I have used my device, a colleague' device etc as highlighted by Natwest CTF to try. This has not been successful. 

Any input or if any people are from Google are on here, would be great to hear from you.
