Lifetime ISA bonus pending during house purchase

Hi all,

If I move to buy a property and use a LISA but still have some bonus pending from recent deposit what happens if I purchase before the bonus arrives?

    You either leave the additional money in the account until you're 60 or you withdraw 75% of it, with the other 25% being the penalty for withdrawing when already a property owner, unless your conveyancer is prepared to be creative.

    Realistically it's an unlikely scenario, given the timescales involved in purchasing property....
