DVLA

DVLA have thousands of outstanding licenses for HGV drivers. It seems unbelievable that they put more importance on providing the PPC's with keeper details that getting lorries on the roads. Am I missing something?

PPCs obtaining keeper data is automatic and needs no involvement from DVLA personnel in order to obtain millions of pounds.
I suspect sorting through driving licences involves people doing something, so it will take longer.
It is so automated that from the £millions they collect ..... THE DVLA makes no profit ?

An overdue investigation into the DVLA and it's acountants is required.

The DVLA allow parking scammers, well know scammers, to obtain data. I would like a business that collects money automatically and all you need is a broadband connection

    Or better yet, "in ordure!".

    ordure

    noun

    1. Excrement; dung.
    2. Something morally offensive; filth.
    3. Dung; excrement; faeces.

I've just spotted one too. 😄
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The DVLA are not fit for purpose IMO. They are using the COVID excuse and their union is being awkward as a get back against the government, and there is an industrial dispute on going.

The best way is to use on line applications where ever possible.
