He created a will 6 or so years ago when he came into a chunk of money that would have set him up for the rest of his life. He then had a will updated to cut out his other children to ensure they didn't get anything. He blew it all inside 18 months and now has unpaid ccj's, debts and such. He has absolutely nothing and even if he did, I'm not interested in anything he would have to leave no matter the value.0

Change your mobile. Don't answer unknown numbers. Do not communicate at all with the hospital. Return any letters.
It's very easy to do nothing when someone dies. Yet on here you always get the post saying they 'just' decided to engage in a call. They 'just' decided to arrange a funeral..... Don't do anything.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....2
