So SP, say that you owe them £833.54.Do you say that they owe you £605.59, or that you owe them (£833.54 minus the £605.59 overpayment) = £227.95? You say that you paid £1,948.66 over the time period, but what is the total billed over that period (not the amount they said you paid, but the amount that they billed you for)?
I don't have time to check if their calculation of energy charge is correct or not, I just pay whatever they charge me over the years by direct debit. My query is the record of my payments to them from 2019 to 2021 is written wrongly in final bill. They just put a figure of £1,343.07 without breakdown but my bank account and SP account both that that figure should be £1,948.66 and this has been checked and agreed by first investigation officer at EO.

@Alex0857 curious, what was your outcome? I'm having issues with EO and not sure what/where to go. I'm feeling completely overwhelmed and unsupported

You've replied to a thread where the OP hasn't been active on the forum for four years. I don't think you're likely to get a reply.
