Promise us to tell all your family never (in the coming months) to pay one until the Government has regulated this industry in 2022. And to come here first if they get another one because some, like this. are so easy to win.
Such a shame your family was duped into appealing as driver them paying. Exactly the honest people that this greedy industry seeks out and hopes to profit from.
Finally, I hope the angry/fed up keeper has at least read the thread about the Keller Lenkner group action to seek compensation in the High Court, if the claim wins, for DVLA data abuse (allegedly)?
See the thread about it. No win no fee group claim with hundreds of people already signed up.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wish I had found this thread earlier. I shall be going through this thread very carefully.
Thank you for your help.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend and beyond.

Wait, Dad is disabled? He was legally entitled to more time if you were dropping him off or collecting him. You could claim this money back by complaining to the landowner.
This should never have been paid. Are you also saying that the keeper wasn't driving?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did call two places in the car parking area, they didn't know who the land owner was.
We were away on a weekend in Margate.1
