Hi
Im an Avro customer & as soon as I heard about them closing I went onto my online account to look at my balance as I knew I was in credit but it had already shut down. I can log in but it won't let me look at anything so I can't see previous statements or balances. I've kept checking over the last week but can't get in & I know that there's massive wait times to ring up. I've had an email 4 days ago from Octopus saying they're taking over & to wait for them to contact me again with the new tariff.
Im concerned that Avro won't carry my credit over to Octopus & I can't say what it should be now. I'm Also trying to look at new providers but can't see what my usage alhas been over the last year to get a quote.
Has anyone had the same problem & managed to speak with Avro to get the information
Thanks
