5 Years ago after a trip to Blackpool I recieved letter saying I was being fined for not parking in bay correctly.
I did not have any ticket, nor was there any photographic evidence. Checked on line and it says it was a scam. Roll on 5 years and I've moved premises. Been in new house 16 weeks and dcbl have sent letters to old address. Stating that they now have referral for enforcement for £302.22 and a ccj. I've checked credit file and that is showing up now.
