Roadrunner Ltd/Guernsey Vehicles R US

Above companies run by a chap called Nigel Robert- vehicle breakers. Based in Guernsey and they do a fair bit of Ebay trading under the profile name nr8290.

They sold me a damaged part, which I only noticed a few months down the line when coming to fit it. That said, it would have been obvious to the person who removed it from the donor vehicle that it was damaged (and probably damaged when removing it), plus I could prove from the listing photo, which luckily was still available, that it was sent damaged.

Despite this, Mr Robert sent one solitary reply that it was sent out in perfect working order and then ignored any further comms on the matter. Luckily with Paypal I was within the 180 day limit to claim. Roadrunner however disputed this all the way; had to post the broken item back at my expense, and then wait for Paypal to agree and force the refund.

Absolute joker from my experience with him- as I was out of the time limit to provide feedback via Ebay I thought I'd post a warning on here. I have to say in contrast on the rare occasions when I have had to use Ebay/Paypal and the resolution centre the service has been top notch and provides a good degree of protection from bad sellers like this.
