If you use an iPhone and access safari or google chrome and links are not saved.
Do the web browsers or the iPhone itself record what pages you have missing?
I know regardless what I view there would still be retained information.
Could I theoretically go to Apple or google and say provide me with a list of sites I accessed through your browser on my iPhone but don’t seem to have saved or wouod they only be able to provide me with a list of everything I accessed?

Where you've been on the internet is usually recorded locally (ie your browser) and also at ISP level. There would have to be good grounds to see this information (usually law enforcement is a good one, but they have to go to court to get that approved) for ISP level information.0

Oh yeah, that’s understandable, but if I wanted that information for example, could I request it?0

That's what your browser history and the bookmarks are for.Anyway the ISP won't know what browser you're using, just where you've been. The browser will send headers announcing its IE11/Edge/Chrome/Firefox/<some other variation> but that's immaterial.0

I was using the functions wrong, I should have been saving things to favourites but forgot, so thought there was a way they could locate deleted links.0

The dept involved isn't part of customer services so there's no way you could even contact them.

I’ll know for future reference to save things, then I can’t mislay something and think I wish I had kept that. Thought it might of been easier as a customer to find this.0

Any reason why you're auto-deleting history etc. after every browsing session?
If you're using Chrome, are you logged in to a Google account at the same time? (Browsing history may be recorded in your Google account rather than just in the browser).Jenni x0 -
Should of been more clear. It’s more to do with links not been recorded sometimes, I wanted to see if I had a way of finding a page I accessed a while ago but couldn’t remember the link.I forgot google accounts record too, I can check there to see if I can find it.0
