Tingle Box subscriptions

Is anyone else having a problem cancelling their subscription with Tingle Box? I emailed them at the end of last month to cancel my monthly subscription and they still took the money this month and posted the box out. I've since emailed them a further 3 times and they've never got back to me.
Any suggestions on what more I can do?

    Did you use the correct email address on their web site?

    In any case, if you paid by a bank card, then contact your bank and ask them to block any further payments.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
  • I double checked the email address after they didn't reply the first time and I'm getting their auto reply whenever I've sent an email so they are getting them.
    I've now sent them a private message on Instagram as well and will be contacting my bank.
