BW Legal sent a second LBC 2 years after alleged contravention

I received a second 'letter of claim' from BW Legal 19 months after receiving the first one and 2 years 2 months after the alleged contravention.

After the first letter I followed the advice in second post on the NEWBIES thread and have my SAR on record.

Is this normal because of the pandemic?

How should I respond?

Yes, normal and they are just picking up old cases again.  Continue on your old thread if it isn't closed, because that gives us the context.

No I didn't complain to my MP, should I? I didn't see it in the Newbie's thread.

Yes you should complain to your MP about this unregulated industry.

Taken from the NEWBIES thread under the paragraph in red using words used by MP's during parliamentary debate.

"These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint."

You could send a PM to a board guide (Savvy or Soolin) and ask one of them to kindly reopen it on the basis that the issue is still open with the parking company and the thread/discussion contains background information that will be helpful to regulars.
