    Oh wow, so has anyone else found that courier companies don't provide you with a lot of support (e.g. when involved in an accident etc.)? How about when it comes to actually supporting you to perform each couriering job e.g. advice on best routes to take etc.?
    That's what SatNavs are for.  I think got need to be realistic. Your arts on your own,  and it's all on your head. Anything better than that is likely to be rare,  and a bonus.  The gig economy is for everyone else's benefit,  not for the people who work in it.
