    And Dad is disabled and wasn't driving.  And wasn't liable because Smart don't use the POFA 2012 keeper liability provisions.

    The lesson the OP has learned now, for future cases - at least until the Government's new statutory private parking regulatory and appeals system is finalised in 2022 - is to come to the parking forum before appealing.   With Smart Parking, the registered keeper had a slam dunk win ahead but threw it away due to the driver appealing it.
