How do you deal with buyers on eBay etc. who have unrealistic expectations about postage times?

Nearly all collections have gone to what we call COLOD Collection On Delivery. They are emptied on a daily basis. The collections are downloaded onto our PDA's and if the are not emptied we have to go back out to empty them. So I don't quite understand why they were not emptied on a daily basis. At our office during Covid lockdown nothing changed. All boxes were emptied daily and all evening collections were completed.To DisablednProud thank you for telling me you are on the RM monitoring panel. It's always good to know who is on them.0
