I have a Covid vaccine status file that I'm unable to locate on my phone (miui 12).
It has not been deleted.
How do I find it?

Android.. You can plug it into your PC and it should show as an external drive in Windows Explorer (and presumably the Mac equivalent).
You'll see lots of folders but you can poke around in them looking, or search for it if you know what it's called. Depends what you want to do with it.2
