separation and house selling help

ill try and break down the key facts, if i miss anything i apologize 

married for 3 years ( not divorced yet )
bought the house before we got married 
mortgage and deeds in her name alone 
we have one child
we live in wales

shes living with parents, and ive found my own place 


I have just found out that she has put the house up for sale last night, 

is there anything i should do ? am i entitled to anything out of the sale?

If you contributed to the mortgage then you have a financial interest  you need to consult a solicitor asap.

Who bought the house before you got married? Why is the house in her name alone? Who paid what in?

I’d speak to a solicitor regarding this ASAP and look to get a charge registered against the property.
