Well the phone call from the manager was a total waste of time, all I got was the same "The warehouse have said they can't find the parcel"
I've requested my SAR(All account notes etc) started a formal complaint via phone and sent the same complaint in writing which is been posted this morning0 -
Finally all done with!
I got a call from the compliance manager and he has taken care of it all, contract has been removed and I was given a very substantial credit to my account 😀
