What types of tap are most "limescale resistant"?

My current monomixer taps are terrible because
- the handles are short - very little leverage, if there's just a little limescale, it becomes stupidly hard to turn them
- the spout just goes diagonally upward, with very little curl/curve downwards - meaning that cleaning the limescale away from the spout is much harder with stuff like limey/hanging a plastic bag from it
With that in mind I'm thinking of replacing them with a single lever (one as long as possible) operation type, in the belief that it's harder for limescale to get in the way of its operation, and with a spout which has a distinct portion that points downwards. Is my thinking correct? I'm wondering what else there is to consider? I want monomixer taps which are 'limescale resistant' like this or which are very easy to descale.

Not quite sure why you cannot turn them. Never had limescale there.Or why you hand plastic bags around the tap.A spray once a week does fine for me.And even longer now I got one of those limescale cloths. Give it a quick once over daily and lasts much longer before needing a spray and a wipe.I however only use single lever as ick turn more than one things and make it hard to get the correct temp. No thanks!Once that arte bad for limescale though. Flat ones as the water will sit on them.0

I get the impression that the water where I am is way way harder than where you are.
