Goods not delivered, postage deducted from refund.

Hi, can someone advise?
I ordered a PPE item of clothing, paid the basic level postage.
Twice the goods were returned to the company by Royal Mail as 'address not recognised' (husbands workplace, been getting parcels sent there for over 10 years, company been in same place since 1950s).
Have had email today advising me that refund of the goods has been made back to my debit card. Total paid £33.14. Total refund £29.19.
Shipping was £3.95
On checking, it appears the postage hasn't been refunded. No explanation.
Please can someone advise best wording to request this should be paid to me? The whole thing has been drawn out since 10th September, with the 2nd non delivery last Weds and goods back with them on Thursday. Argh!
