Why would it matter if your insurers can make a claim from DPD or not?If you’re fully comp, they have to repair your damage. If you’re third party, you’re on your own anyway.
Not sure why some people say the DPD driver may not be liable? He negligently drove into a tree causing part of it to fall in the OP’s car causing damage. If it weren’t for the impact between the tree and the van, there would have been no damage.0 -
