I typically spend £30-40 on a pair of curtains, and would never dream of pay over £100.

i'd just pin some thin fleece blankets on the back of the curtains to make them 'interlined' and take them down again in spring. but we have 'thermal' curtains from dunelm that were 30 in the sale a couple of years ago
