King size problem - The Futon Company

As the goods are not in boxes it require a specialist service, couriers will not normally accept goods in plastic bags, they will need to arrive, repack the goods then transport them.HuwWynJones said:Boxes were huge so we cut up and recycled them as soon as we unpacked the components. Bed frame (with storage drawers) was built over a couple of evenings so by the time the fault became apparent boxes were well gone.
However they might not offer large/heavy goods collections, or repackaging collections. The courier has no contract with you so is very unlikely to deal with you. The courier's business relationship is with the bed company, as is yours.HuwWynJones said:The courier in question does do Saturday collections, but didn't respond (via e-mail or text) to the times/dates I offered.1
