As the goods are not in boxes it require a specialist service, couriers will not normally accept goods in plastic bags, they will need to arrive, repack the goods then transport them.

However they might not offer large/heavy goods collections, or repackaging collections. The courier has no contract with you so is very unlikely to deal with you. The courier's business relationship is with the bed company, as is yours.
