The deductions will be in line with legal requirements for you to pay tax over to HMRC.

You could. But since there is no such claim, you'd lose. It's unlawful deductions and they haven't made an unlawful deduction - or any deduction at all other than one you agreed to! You may, at your own convenience, opt out of paying the deduction at any time and give up the benefit. 

I am sorry but you need to accept that you have no claim here. You have the benefit that you transferred with. The fact it is costing you more is irrelevant. The term is being honoured.

It is the extra deductions from  my benefits  that I did not have before I was TUPE over

There is no such case in law.

Why bother posting and asking people when you are going to argue with what you are told and are totally convinced that you already know the answer.

Have at it - start legal action against your employer. I'll provide the bigger stick, and don't blame anyone if you end up suddenly surplus to your employers requirements.
