I am about to move into my first office. The building is unmanaged and so I have to sort out the cleaning/suppliers and everything else myself. I just want to make sure I don't miss out on any important laws when it comes to providing my employee's toilets but also want to make sure I don't have to pay a fortune for it. Can anyone recommend a company and tell me what to look out for?

It's unclear whether you are having to build the toilets, or whether there are toilets that are already there and installed, and you are just asking about how often they need to be cleaned and what supplies you need to provide.
Can you explain a bit more about what is there already? e.g. How many toilets are there, how many people are you employing, how many rooms are there that the toilets are in?
This link may help you: Workplace health, safety and welfare. Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. Approved Code of Practice and guidance L24 (hse.gov.uk) - have a look at Section 20 and 21.
You need to have toilet facilities that can be used by disabled people (e.g. in a wheelchair), even if your don't currently employ anyone who is disabled.
Are far as I know the employer would be expected to provide toilet paper, hand soap, and the means to dry your hands, so paper towels or working hand dryers. You also have to provide a means of disposing of sanitary products in each ladies washroom. I would also provide a toilet brush in each cubicle and make sure there is a coat hook on the back of the door.
Probably the most important consideration is to check that the locks on each door work easily and are secure.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.2 -
