The daily Mail ran a story before then shelved things as Bastian opened huge advertising promotions 
the reporter mentions this today on the money program 
and he is right, why did OFGEM allow so many chancers to have a licence

The charges do not relate to OFTM. OFTM is rated as the Which No 1 supplier.

Isnt that like saying a peadophile isn’t all bad as he’s kind to animals?

Same owners
same building
same people and same offices
You honestly saying the mentality on one company changes to the other?

Amount of customers complaining and DD getting doubled, history of reinstating cancelled DD and misleading threats over there terms n conditions lol
would be easier to defend them by saying innocent until proven guilty

We can go pull up stats all day saying whatever we want with respect.
search back a little further
citizens advice named Outfoxthemarket as one of the most difficult for example.
not even mentioning Outfoxthemarket according to companies house is still a dormant company not paying taxes
people not daft, they can search companies house for free
they can flick back pre Covid and read.
OFGEM even announced Outfoxthemarket refusing to pay the FIT payments and would loose there licence ( unprecedented at that time never ever have they taken that action)
and you defend them with a tiny link like case unproven lol

The Court Case isn’t taking place until this time next year; the MSE jury has already decided on their guilt and OFTM isn’t even on the charge sheet. The World has gone completely mad.

This court case been going on a year now
i respect innocent until proven guilty but when it needs 10 weeks just to present the evidence it’s kinda normal to suggest boy the must have a lot.
there has been a social media blackout over past year with fans shooting any debate down.
is a legal system authorities rarely take any action to collate so much and pursue it over a year and beyond its reasonable to say there’s something here.

when debating if Outfoxthemarket is a reasonable small guy worthy of supporting isn’t it right everything is in public domain?

They have an elite legal firm, top notch who spent so far time arguing not on the facts, but on the merit of wether the case was worth investigation and calling the investigation flawed in the belief anything discovered should be ignored.
if you have the funds these are the options available.
not even going to comment the accused immediately removed themselves from the board of CEOs yet retained control of the energy side (whilst retaining full ownership of both)
it’s interesting though every benefit of doubt continually given to the companies and the victims ridiculed.

Yes it listed to be heard in a years time, only because the volume of evidence that needs to be heard.
