Kitchen Appliances

looking to purchase an integrated dishwasher, induction hob and oven. I’ve looked at John Lewis, Currys and AO - any other suggestions? Any recommendations for ex-display - there was a suggestion for one in a recent post but I can’t find it.

If you live in the midlands there is a shop called Borsch Electrical. They do graded appliances. I made a massive saving on an integrated dish washer because it had a dent in the side. Obviously it can't be seen once installed.1

we have a ordered quite a few appliances from Appliance city. They are holding them until work on the kitchen starts. I got a discount for ordering several items.
AO good my son used them when he moved. PriceRunner is a good app for finding the best deals and items in stock.0 -
Have a look at AO Telford ebay site. Its AO returned items and they tell you whats wrong with each. Brought 3 items from them so far and been very good!!0

Search for "graded" or "ex-display" appliances" in Google and Ebay. Some models are discontinued lines so it can be difficult to price check purely by model numbers, but a bit of research can find similar models."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

I like JL on big ticket items for quality and their guarantees but often use ao.com, because their logistics are spot on.
Currys advertise heavily, but I have been serially let down by them in the past and it all points to chaos in the warehouse and delivery drivers who just CBA.No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -
There is a JL outlet at MacArthur Glen Swindon - they sell appliances & some furniture at 70% off ticket.0

I’ve found the JL price match to be very useful during my kitchen renovation. I found a number of items on sale that JL matched.0

Another vote for AO Telford's eBay site..... we've purchased a couple of appliances there during our current house renovations (an integrated dishwasher and a washing machine) and were very pleased with both. We'll definitely be looking there first next time we need something similar.
Our range cooker (a fairly high ticket Bertazzoni Professional model) came from Profile Appliances in Leicester that also specialises in returns/graded items - although in this instance ours was neither - it was a great price, but overall I'm not happy with the actual product and although the service from Profile was great, I wouldn't recommend the brand....Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

AO are great for buying the stuff, but don't have them do the installation. Competent sparkies and plumbers they are not.
