I went on to their site yesterday and tried their eligibility checker. It came back I had been pre approved for all of their cards. I decided to go for the no fee 15 month card. Received email my was application was successful. Received their terms and conditions and the offer available to me 15 months no fee and to be used within 60 days.
It did give me the option at the application stage to do up to 5 balance transfers but I decided to leave for now.
I go into my account and new card is shown. However when I click on balance transfers to says no offers available. I did speak to a CS advisor and suggested leave it for a few days and wait for the account to be updated. I wandered if anyone else when swapping cards had to wait for the offers to appear. If the case is they have back tracked I'll just cancel the card under the cooling off period.
