As the title says, I'm looking for how to find the cheapest option to pay an overseas company in euros from the UK.

You are being a little vague on the service and type of business so I can only give a vague answer.
How about using a U.K. credit card which has low overseas transaction charges like a Halifax Clarity card.0 -
