    HSBC (although it's the same underwritten by Aviva product as many banks, mine is a Premier policy with a few paid add-ons, but available to all as a paid product) were very receptive when Georgia went on the red list, although ultimately I ended up only around £20 down due to an error in the terms of a 'non-refundable' airline ticket which made it refundable so didn't need to claim in the end.

    They did pay out without problem when I had to claim after becoming trapped last March, and the latest policies should cover the scenario envisaged (although check the wording carefully, I can do this if required) of a UK lockdown or entry ban.
